Payment Schedule

Ten Days after acceptance Letter

A 250 dollar deposit is required to hold your spot. 

Half of Tuition is Due by May 10th

Feel freak down your payments until May and pay what you would like per month!

Full Payment is due by May 31st

You will have to pay the full total by May 31st. Feel free to make monthly payments to break it up until then! Please keep track of your own records and payments. It is the responsibility of the person paying to make sure you are on time. There will be no sent reminders.  

PCC Tuition $2250 & out-of-District $2850

To Pay - Mail a Check or the Debit/Credit Card or PayPal option.

Mail the checks to our office or pay online with the Debit/Credit Card or PayPal option on our PCC payment form. 

Deposit

$250

 All must pay the $250 Deposit within 10 days of acceptance. 

Pay Tuition in Full (in-district)

$2000

Pay in full now - amount due after deposit.

Pay Tuition in Full (Out-of-district)

$2600

Pay in full now - amount due after deposit.

5 month Payment Plan (in District)

$400

Starting in January and continuing in May, pay this amount each month to cover your student's tuition. This is after you pay the deposit.

5 month Payment Plan (Out-of-District)

$520

Starting in February and continuing in May, pay this amount each month to cover your student's tuition. This is after you pay the deposit.

PCC tuition

Tuition will need to be paid once students are accepted. Included in a student tuition:

  • Room & Board
  • All Meals - Monday Lunch - Friday Breakfast
  • Activities during Rec - From sports equipment to crafts, and more
  • Staff and teacher funding  (Nurses, proctors, Master Teachers, etc.)
  • Evening core course presenters
  • Friends & Knowledge for a Lifetime
  • And more!

Refunds

Once a student commits to the program resources are allocated accordingly and we do not offer refunds.

*Application fees ($25) will not be refunded for any reason, it is used to process your application and pay for those services.

Any and all exceptions to this policy would be at the discretion of the PCC ASP, INC. Executive Director.
