Subject: PCC Orientation Meeting June 8, 2016 at 7:30PM
The time has arrived for our June Orientation Meeting. You and at least one parent/guardian are invited
to attend an orientation meeting for the purpose of reviewing the 2016 Advanced Studies Program
Student Handbook which will be available at the meeting and on our website at www.pccasp.org. The
meeting will be held on the campus of Stonehill College in the Sally Blair Ames Sports Complex at
7:30 p.m. on Wednesday June 8, 2016. You do not need to reserve your spot. Along with reviewing the
details of the handbook, there will be a short video presentation and a question/answer session.
Again, this summer, we will have students from China and the Netherlands. Our Keynote Speaker is
Dr. Andrew Keough, Superintendent of the Easton Public Schools.
A Special Offer
As a special financial incentive for those families who bring in a new student to PCC between now and
June 24th, upon the new student’s entrance to PCC on opening day, we will refund 25% of your tuition
cost.
Important Dates for PCC 2016
Final Payment of Tuition: Friday, May 27th
Parent Orientation: Wednesday, June 8th at 7:30 p.m.
Opening Day: Sunday, June 26th beginning at 12:00 p.m.
Holiday: Friday, July 1st and Monday, July 4th
Family Visiting Day: Friday, July 29th – 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Closing Day: Saturday, August 6th beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Health Form(s) Reminder
Health Forms require the signature of a medical doctor and are due in our office as soon as possible. They
can also be brought to the meeting. If your student will be taking prescription medication(s) while at PCC,
please bring enough medication, in its original container, to be administered during the first week of the
Program to the meeting. PCC Nurses will be at the meeting to collect medications and answer specific
health or medication questions.

From the Route 123 entrance:
Follow the main road on campus.
The first building on the lest if the Sally Blair Ames Sports Complex.
The Sports Complex parking lot is immediately before the building on the left.
From the Route 138 entrance:
Follow the main road on campus.
The Sally Blair Ames Sports Complex is the large building on the right beyond the WB Mason Stadium.
The Sports Complex parking lot is immediately after the building on the right.
