What a great time we had in 1985. Wish I had the chance to do it over

Comments:
PCC was two of the best summers of my life. It was my opportunity
to come out of my shell and begin to shape who I would become.
The friendships I made lasted for many years and are some of the
best memories I have of the high school years. My oldest
daughter is one year away from attending herself. Wow, how
time goes by! |

I attended in 84 & 85 - as a proctor in
89,90, 93 & 94. I think PCC's
wonderful because it takes place at an important crossroad for kids -
where you're moving from basically a child into a young adult. You're
so unsure of yourself and at the same time completely ready to make
your mark. PCC allows you to define you for YOURSELF and not to be
forever defined by whatever pigeonhole you were stuffed into before
the summer started. I hope my kids (I have four!) can attend PCC.
To those of you who made my PCC experience - both as a student as
well as a proctor -- so memorable... thank you! |

We all had crushes on Proctor Harrison Rabel... and Jon Bon Jovi.
I remember waking up at the wee hours to watch Lady Diana marry
Prince Charles. Assassin was the best game ever, and the "Blind
Workshop" was a unique experience but not something that we'd
probably do these days. |
